Participant Release and Liability Waiver

Please read this document carefully. By signing this form, you agree that you understand the physical risks of this walking tour and agree not to hold the tour company responsible for accidents.  

1. Medical and Physical Fitness

I agree that I am in good health and physical condition to participate in this walking tour. I understand that this tour involves walking on historic streets, uneven brick sidewalks, steep hills, and stairs. I know that the tour takes place outdoors in changing weather conditions, including heat, rain, cold, and wind. I take full responsibility for my own safety and physical limits. 

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that walking in public areas carries natural risks. These risks include tripping, falling, heat exhaustion, slipping on wet or icy ground, and interactions with traffic or other pedestrians. I choose to participate in this tour knowing these risks. 

3. Waiver of Liability

I agree not to sue or hold Plymouth Perspectives Guided Tours, its owners, or its tour guides responsible for any injury, loss of property, or damages that happen during the tour. This includes any accidents caused by uneven walkways, weather, or accidental slips.

4. Photo and Video Release 

I give permission to Plymouth Perspectives Guided tours to use any photos or videos taken of me during the tour for promotional use on their website or social media pages.
